Seal oil, fish oil and krill oil are all Omega-3 supplements. Fish oil mainly provides EPA and DHA; seal oil provides EPA and DHA plus relatively more DPA; krill oil delivers Omega-3 in phospholipid form along with naturally occurring astaxanthin. Choose one and take it consistently; there is no need to combine all three.

What is DPA?
DPA (docosapentaenoic acid) is an Omega-3 fatty acid between EPA and DHA. Seal oil contains more of it than typical fish oil.
