Simplified Chinese pages show RMB prices; Traditional Chinese and English pages show CAD reference prices. The quote we email you is final. Prices and product information may change without notice.
3. Orders
Order by emailing [email protected]. An order is confirmed once we confirm the quote and receive payment. We may cancel or adjust orders for stock, pricing errors or delivery restrictions and will refund any payment.
4. Shipping
Shipping is charged according to our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Cross-border parcels may incur duties or fees, normally paid by the recipient under local customs rules.
5. Returns
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, photograph the box, label and products and email us promptly. For hygiene and safety, opened or used health products generally cannot be returned.
6. Intellectual property
Text, images, logos and design on this website are protected; do not copy them for commercial use without permission. Some photos are used under stock licences.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Use products according to the label.
