Shipping FAQ
Which countries and regions do you ship to?
We ship from Canada to Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam, all at the same rate.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is charged by parcel weight at CA$7 (¥35) per pound. Weight is rounded up to the next whole pound, so 1.2 lb is charged as 2 lb. The minimum shipping fee is CA$50 (¥250).
Is there a lower rate for larger orders?
When the order total is over CA$500 (¥2,500), shipping drops to CA$6 (¥30) per pound. The CA$50 minimum still applies.
What if my parcel is under 1 lb?
Anything under 1 lb is charged as 1 lb. Any partial pound above that is rounded up to the next whole pound.
How do I order and confirm the shipping fee?
